Thousands of migrating geese – tens to hundreds of thousands have visited our small lake this autumn. It has been a record year in this aspect. Fascinating in many ways to see the big flocks moving, but meanwhile also a bit frightening to see what this amount of birds can actually make to a small lake in some months. Imagine – the lake is only 2,5 meters deep in average, and some square kilometers areawide. Anyhow, nothing we can do about it, but worth a thought though.
The autumn has been spectacular – beautiful ruska (autumn colors) and a lot of mushrooms in the forest. Please enjoy!
