To experience winter should not be luxury…
…unfortunately it is the cold truth this winter…You have to travel far north to see pure white snow…
We just had to do it – go north – otherwise this winter could not be called a winter. The gray rainy light all over does not lift you up really…
Here are some shots from Ruka in Kuusamo, where we spent the skiing holiday. The hare is photographed in Kiruna, where I visited for business reasons…Once again the best camera is the one you have along…or then you have to borrow one…I did not bring anything but my Iphone, and that was of course stupid…but sometimes it is just nice to travel light…Luckily I could borrow a colleagues Ixus to get a 3x optical zoom image of this winter beauty…
